1. What you can buy (future)
Optional subscriptions and one-time purchases may unlock host features, cosmetics, ad removal, or supporter perks. Prices and what's included will be shown clearly before you pay.
2. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Before you subscribe we will clearly disclose the price, billing interval, and that it auto-renews, and obtain your affirmative consent. We will send a confirmation and, where required, advance renewal reminders. You can cancel anytime, in-app, as easily as you signed up; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
3. Refunds
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. If you were charged in error, or a purchase didn't work, contact us and we'll make it right. Consumers in some regions (e.g. the EU/UK) may have statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights that we honor.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and provide a short grace period before access to paid features pauses. Free play is never affected.
